We have verified above mentioned issue on LB.
We have found below mentioned issues .

1.Waiver description does not displayed on file.
2.Displayed Total No. of records : 0
3.When clicked on download exported file displayed record in file.

We have verified above mentioned issue on Production company [COSB for hspl].
Its working fine.
Tested scenarios are as follows.

1.Checked whether server error is appearing after clicking on Data Transformation field or not.
2.Checked whether feed is exporting without an error.
3.Checked whether data is reflecting correctly on file
4.Checked whether newly updated data is reflecting correctly on file.

We have verified following scenarios for LB & stage Environment

Currently we are moving mentioned issues regarding ACA waiver reasons.

3 C's

Concern : 1. ACA_COSB_Getting server error when clicked on Data Transformation field
2. Waiver reason is not getting populated on file.

CASUE : 1. This was due to wrong case putted by Import team for newly exposed waiver reason.
2. ACA team has changed ISMeta =0 for ACA waiver reason field.

Correction : 1. Import team has update the condition in collectionManager.vb file.
2. Updated ISMeta =1 for ACA waiver reason code in field table.

we have verified 'waiver reason' fix is reflecting on file. We have verified above mentioned issue on COSB for hspl .Its working fine. Hence closing ticket. PFA screen shot for additional information,

Amit Thorve We have reopened this and moved to WB. Now this ticket will be treated as new open ticket in this project.

Please find below details

Concern: Server Error on Data transformation page after click on 'waiver reason field.

Cause: Above fix is not checked in Ui Refresh branch. Due to this it throwing error

Correction: Need to checked in code in Ui Refresh branch.

Details: We have checked and found that data transformation is exists in system. We need to check with ACA team why waiver reason is populating blank.

CONCERN: Waiver reason is not populating on the exported file.

CAUSE:   IsMeta flag is false for waiver reason field. This flag helps to populate dts configured information on the file. 

Correction: 

Need to be set the IsMeta flag as True for ACA waiver reason field but If this field tried to use in Rule Engine, will give an error.

To set IsMeta flag setting as true, we will give fix in sprint on approval.

Workaround:

By discussing with Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar, we have executed workaround script by backend on Main Company and exported the file on hspl copy,now waiver reason is populating.

Smita Pawar: Please look further. I have resolved the concern.

We have check this workaround on COSB For HSPL and observed that waiver reason is populated on file.
We used Template - ACA_Works_COSB_WAIVED for export

Note- We have provided workaround only for 2018, not DTS fix. DTS fix will move as per Sprint.

Please let me know if you need this change for 2017 also.
