We have analyzed this issue and found that the URL link which we add on "Manage Landing Page" configuration screen, is visible below Workterra video on "Landing Page". Video which is visible on "Landing Page" is static video across the all the companies. Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.

I don't understand you comment above.  Are you stating that the WORTKERRA brainshark videos are static for all companies. 

If that is correct these need to be removed from all BCC groups immediately.  We also need to remove them from HUB and Clear Concepts.

As per my comment above added on 27/Mar/18 6:08 AM that "video is static" means we cannot change that video but we can hide that video for any company. There is a customization to hide this video on every company. Please follow below steps to hide the WORTKERRA brainshark video -

1. Login -> Select Company -> Click on Ben Admin in menu section -> Under Resources tab click on Manage Landing Page.
2. Select Page Name(For eg. Rehire Welcome Page, Open Enrollment Welcome Page) on Manage Landing Page from which you want to hide the WORTKERRA brainshark video.
3. Change Show Video On Landing Page field value to No -> Click on Save.

After these steps WORTKERRA brainshark video will not be visible on Landing Page. Please find the attached reference for your reference.

Do we have any option for making a client specific video mandatory?

1. WORTKERRA brainshark video is same through out the system for all clients. We do not have any functionality to change this WORTKERRA brainshark video client specific.
2. We can make this video ** mandatory as well as optional.
3. If you want to make this video mandatory for any client - 

• Login > Select Company -> Ben Admin > Manage Landing Page (Under Resources tab)
• Select Page Name(For eg. Rehire Welcome Page, Open Enrollment Welcome Page) on Manage Landing Page.
• Change Show Video On Landing Page field value to Yes Mandatory -> Click on Save.

After these steps WORTKERRA brainshark video will be mandatory on Landing Page. Please find the attached reference for your reference.
