1.Login to application
2.Navigate to ACA >> Setting >> ACA 1095-C Acknowledgement
3.Select 95C Report
4.Click on Add New
5.Enter all details and click on Save
6.It redirects to back
7.Edit same report
8.Click on Save and Download
Actual - After some time Server Error populated on screen
Expected- It should run completely without error
