Current Implementation : While exporting data for change file scenario, if there is any retro changes,then that needs to be pulled out on the file. If From date/To date is not provided while exporting file, then it considers from date as 1st day of previous month and to date as last day of previous month.

New Implementation : In this case, from date should set to fiscal year start date. To achieve this user should give input of from date as fiscal year start date.If this date is blank ,then in that case from date should automatically consider the date of fiscal year start date.

While exporting a data for change file scenario if there is any retro changes that can be pulled out on the file as from date should be of fiscal year start date. And To achieve this user should be input the from date as fiscal year start date even though this date is blank in that case should automatically consider the date of fiscal year start date.
