Additional eligibility criteria in the custom forms for Onboarding doesn’t seem to work. Is that piece still in development?
Will you mind furnishing us more information (account, tour, form and the user that bypass the criteria) please?
Form: If you select “I do NOT want Direct Deposit” from the Account Type drop down the next form Direct Deposit Account Type should NOT show.
When we login next then it works and does not show form. But it should work dynamically while we navigating in tour.
