      Description

      I have verified this issue and consider below scenarios:
      Customization: Flex Plan with no contingency
      Cost coverage setting:Age Wise Coverage? ER coverage: 120

      Add new employee with effective date 01/01/2017 : He got 120 ER coverage
      waived plan with effective date 05/01/2017 it will show 40 ER coverage on Enroll now screen
      again enrolled in to the plan with same effective date 05/01/2017 employee got ER coverage 120

      one more difference is found on View enrollment screen and confirmation statement it showing ER coverage 40
