Steps to repro :-
1.Login to workterra.
2.Click on Import/Export
3.Click on OE dashboard.
4.Click on Column sequencing
5.Change sequence of OE start date and OE end date.
Actual result :- OE start date and end date is getting editable after changing sequence

Concern: Open enrollment dashboard - column sequencing - OE start date and end date is getting editable after changing sequence
Cause: As we change our data-table implementation, into this disable class was not set properly.
Correction: We have handle this with code fix.
