      1)Login with partner
      2)Search and select company
      3)Search and select employee
      4)Tab to Education page
      5)Education information -> Duplicate degree is accepted
      6)Certificate information -> Duplicate Certificate number is accepted

      Expected : When Degree is duplicate, system must update record
      When certificate number is duplicate, system must update record

      Actual : When degree is duplicate,system created separate education record
      When certificate number is duplicate,system created separate certification record
