      Description

      Browser Name: Chrome, IE.11
      Test Environment Name: LB
      User details : Verified with SA login
      Steps to repro:-
      1.Click on Global settings.
      2.Select OE dashboard
      3.Click on Select EDI analyst
      4.Make it blank
      5.Save it

      Actual results:-Edi analyst field can not be saved as blank or can not change once saved
      Expected Results:-It should be saved as blank or other

            Concern: Edi analyst field can not be saved as blank or can not change once saved

            Cause: The change event was trigger proper after save.

            Correction: We have handle this when select option from auto complete.
