As per my observations the issue was not reproduced . i have attached the 4 screenshots please refer them the names are same for uploaded file and display name.

Note:- I have tested above scenario on stage .

As of now we have done this for SLO stage company from back end.

This issue is reported for SLO on Stage

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in as CA
2. go to customizer - upload images
3. remove existing uploaded file from company logo section from both plances (grid and link shown below upload control)
3. upload the PNG file from this JIRA
4. Click on save and refresh page

actual result - does not reflect PNF file, it still shows JPG file name at link shown below upload control
