Hello,
The attached list is Admin users that require access to Groendyke for call center. Per Jen Leugers we would like to know if their set up can be created as a partner user that is set with the same rights / abilities as the admin so they can view the EE record and assist them with questions and their enrollment process.
This is to be a set up similar to Lily Transport and these are the same users as Lily.

This is an urgent request. Sisco is to have partner access for both Groendyke and Lily Transport. Currently Sisco is unable to assist Lily Transport with their elections via phone. Please advise what issues there are with setting this up. The partner access was in the original request.

Partner broker access has been provided for Sisco Groendyke and Lilly. The admin users on the partner broker list have been removed from Groendyke. Admin list for lily will be updated once approval has been given
