Passive workflow Beneficiary page should not be bookmarking

      Description

      Below are the steps to reproduce:

      1]Class wise OE or Normal OE — Passive workflow
      2]Added new employee with Date of employment 01/01/2017
      3]go to employee workflow
      4]go to confirmation statement
      5]log out and again log in
      6]after landing page landing page it is directly navigated to the beneficiary page.

      expected: it should be navigated to employee Election page

          Employee login > Employee flow > Complete Recommended Plan > beneficiary page > Back to recommended Page > logout
          Next login > Landing page > Beneficiary pahe

          for every login > employee is taken to Beneficiary page even he left from other page.
