Admin user delete issue

      Description

      Loader is disappearing before getting response from server.
      It took time to delete admin user and throws following error on deletion:

      ErrorID : 0
      ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.Delete->WORKTERRAControllerAppTier.Delete->AdminUser.Delete->AdminUser.DeleteAdminUser
      ErrorMessage: Cannot get the data of the row from the OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server "MORELLOSR\MORELLOSR".
      OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server "MORELLOSR\MORELLOSR" returned message "Row handle referred to a deleted row or a row marked for deletion.".

          Hi Swapnil Pandhare

          Please look into this issue. We are not able to reproduce this on Stage.
          It is occurred on company Lily on Stage, however it is not occurring on other companies.

          I have checked database server and found error in event viewer that "Distributed Transaction Coordinator" was not responding (failed) due to utilization of other resource and network slowness. Now it is working perfectly fine.

          Please check and let us know if you still face same issue.

          Please find details below :
          Concern : Server error while deleting admin users.

          Cause : While deleting admin users, record is deleted from another cluster. This issue occurred as distributed transaction failed. We have checked this issue with Indraprakash(DBA) and found that "Distributed Transaction Coordinator" was not responding (failed) due to utilization of other resource and network slowness when this issue occurred.

          Correction : Now , DTC("Distributed Transaction Coordinator") is working fine and this issue won’t occur as per discussion with Indraprakash.

          Please let us know if you face this issue again.
