      Safe Harbor percentage: 9.69% for 2017

      Current Implementation : FPL amount: $11,880 for individuals
      Safe Harbor percentage: 9.66% for 2016

      New Implementation : FPL amount: $12,060 for individuals
      Safe Harbor percentage: 9.69% for 2017

          We have verified above mentioned enhancement on Production company [Caiso for Hspl].

          1.Update scenario for Software ID's for 94/95 B & C forms, FPL amount, Safe Harbor cost in %, Cover letter.
          TCC number. Additional compensation Factors and Consider W2 wages as
          2.Cancel functionality
          3.Codes verification depending on Safe Harbor Cost In %
