Per Karma, please note the following issues:

• Richard BEll and DEan Bellinger were both hired in Nov. 2015. Both had code 2A for Dec. ,which is incorrect since they are still in their waiting period. Their Dec. code should be 2D.
• Ria Weicht canceled her medical coverage in April 2015 but WT 1095C analysis shows she has medical for the full year. Please advise what need to be done to show she only had medical coverage from Jan. – Mar 2015 = 2C and Apr – Dec. = 2H.
