Admin permissions dropped "UHC/UMR Admin Rights Policy"

      Description

      Hello,

      First noticed this morning In all ILG Admin permissions, the "Select User Access Policy" no longer shows "UHC/UMR Admin Rights Policy". Somehow that option has been removed not just as the selection but from the drop down options altogether. All Admin users are defaulted to "Select". Further research shows this has also affected MHR, Allegiant, City of San Marcos and Charley's. Please scan all clients in the database to see if any other clients that have been affected and provide a full list. For all clients that do not have "UHC/UMR Admin Rights Policy" please add it back in to the drop down and default all Admins with this permission.

      This is affecting Admin access so please tend to this issue as quickly as possible.

            Hi Veronica Blanco,

            I have checked 'UHC UMR - Admin Default Policy'. This policy as of now mapped to 'BioRad' and 'Christie'. I think today someone added 'Christie' this policy but while doing that mapping of reset of the companies got deleted.
            Could you please send me list of all companies that are using this policy. I will update the policy accordingly.

            as of now we have restored the company module mapping for all UHC companies. We have confirmed that user access policy is getting displayed correctly on screen. Could you please have someone log in to system and confirm.

            Can you provide a list of companies in WT that do not have Admins set to 'UHC UMR - Admin Default Policy'?

            After pulling the report, can you please default all Admin users to 'UHC UMR - Admin Default Policy' so that we don't have to go into all accounts and update one by one?

            Will you also provide us with the 3 C's so we have an understanding of what occurred?

            Do you want list of UHC companies that do not use 'UHC UMR - Admin Default Policy' for their admins?
            I have shared a list of companies above. But if you need list of companies out this list, you have to given me names of UHC companies. I do not have any means to find out UHC companies.

            We will provide 3C's but tomorrow our day team will be working over it.

            Hi Jaideep Vinchurkar / Ashwin Wankhede,

            This issue is getting reproduced by following below steps -

            1) Login with Partner who does not have rights of ILG company
            2) Go to User Access policy - "UHC UMR - Admin Default Policy"
            3) Go to Company Mapping Menu
            4) Give rights to available companies

            Now Observe that newly Selected Company got "UHC UMR - Admin Default Policy" in User Rights drop down and this policy got removed on ILG company users rights drop down.

            Let me know in case you need more details on this.

            Hi All,

            Below are 3C's for this issue

            Concern: While updating company mapping for user access policy by partner long in, companies are getting dropped from mapping.

            Cause: As per the repro steps shared by QA, we got to know that when partner maps some company to policy, system wipe out all those companies from mapping for which the partner is not having access rights. This is because the way, this functionality is implemented. For any change in access policy-company mapping, we first delete current entries from DB and add new. In this case, new companies will only those companies that partner can access.

            Correction: We need to correct the logic to update / delete company mapping, to make sure that while updating no existing mapping get wiped out

            We have tried to re-produced this scenario on UI refresh & code-map the issue didn't reproduced we have have also tried it on local build for old UI .Please request you to verify this at your end .

            We have found the root cause for this issue. we have modified deletion logic ,the partner when maps any policy to his company he wont be able to wipe the mapping for same policy to other companies . thus resulting policy don't get removed from other company . we have checked-in the code on LB & will be up in next build please verify this at your end .
