Loaded the employee demographics data on Production. Sent email to Jenni Fernandes regarding Kaiser plan setup. I created a Kaiser HMO 20 plan in production with the benefit provider of Kaiser. There was an old Kaiser plan but it had PPO as the type and the Benefit Provider selected was Healthnet. Ready to load the Elections with dates of 1/1/2015 to 12/31/2015 but want to confirm the plan to use first.
Do we only need to load the election data or is there more that needs to be loaded for ACA reporting?

Loaded all data except the Benefit Elections. Sent email with load file to Elena and Chris. No cost amount was included in data. Need to know what value(s) need to be loaded.

James Bell is showing a 2C in Jan and a 2G with Feb going forward. Ripon believes this should be a 2G in Jan. Can you help explain this?

Please reload/replace Kaiser (ACA Enrollment xls) with Enrollment Termination Date set to 12-31-2015 instead of 01-31-2015 unless different date than 01-31-15. let me know if you have any questions - Chris
