Emailed Jen Leugers and Lena Kantemirova question regarding last item for ACA Load.

I am done loading the elections for ACA. There is an employee type on the employee data that is Full Time for everyone. This is not filled in for everyone in Workterra. Is there an effective date that needs to be loaded with this or if I load just the Full Time without an effective date will that be sufficient?

Hi Cindy Wibbing,

If you Want to load only Employee type as full time only then do not import anything,

Because the null and by default Employee type considered by WORKTERRA is fullll Time.

Client is finding that getting 2B when an employee terminates mid-month but the coverage is effective through the end of the month. And they are getting a 1H as well. They should be getting the offer code and then 2C.

The provided Employee "Steven Wolfe" is getting 1E 2C for 12 month .

There are only 2 employees are getting 2B and ther are correct. May be client is looking the old run.
