1] Log to wt-stage using partner

3] go to BenAdmin -> Reports -> Static Reports -> IRS Submission
4] Edit 'Darrtestfive Scenario Five" records
5] put Receipt ID = 1095C-16-00012682, select Transmission Status = Accepted with Errors
6] Upload attached file Ack_1095C-16-00012682_03-03-2016_08-15-31AM_UTC.xml
7] Click on Submit
