      Description

      1] Log to wt-stage using partner
      2] Search and select 'City of Redding Prod 02082016' company
      3] go to BenAdmin -> Reports -> Static Reports -> IRS Submission
      4] Edit 'Darrtestfive Scenario Five" records
      5] put Receipt ID = 1095C-16-00012682, select Transmission Status = Accepted with Errors
      6] Upload attached file Ack_1095C-16-00012682_03-03-2016_08-15-31AM_UTC.xml
      7] Click on Submit

      Actual Result - Gives server error, refer attachment for more details on error 03_17_2016_16_46_39_442_1_639.txt
      Expected Result - Should save details without error
