Steps to Repro-
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to BenAdmin > Reports> IRS Submission
3.Clicked on Add IRS Submission , it redirect to add form
4.Now clicked Check A2A status button
5.Clicked on Save , it saved the report and redirect to main page
6.Clicked on Same report , it redirect to report page.
7.Now clicked on Submit A2A , application display processing message but did not display confirmation message.
8.clicked on cancel and come gain on edit report page.
Actual –Receipt ID , Status displayed blank.
Expected – It should display appropriate message in case of failed if not display receipt id and status.
