Hi Diana,
Email is not send to designated email address because SMTP server is not configured on Stage. Reason it is not configured is if configured, all the export feeds will get mailed to carrier. SMTP server can not be configured for specific company.
We can provide you the pickup folder path from which you can get mails on stage.
