Harbinger comments : On preboard , onboard tour completions ,email will be sent to employees based on Receive email flag of employee.

Query: Following requirement part is not clear. Can you please elaborate on this ?
Notification for 1."Make ongoing changes to W4" ? and
2."Any action which requires Admin approval"

The Admin would like notifications when employees complete certain actions. The Admin email is vyost@mattconstruction.com.

We are not clear on below events :
1. Make ongoing changes to W4 -
As per our understanding, any change in W4 form should shoot an email to admin

2. Any action which requires Admin approval -
As per our understanding,If Employee makes any change on any form, and if it gets pended for admin approval, then admin should be notified

Please correct us if above statements(in bold) are not correct.

Verified on LB using company TotalWorks. Above Enhancement is working correctly.
Below scenario tested :
1. Pre-board and On-board tour with static page as last page
2. Pre-board and On-board tour with dynamic page as last page
3. Pre-board and On-board tour with upload document in last page

Verified on Stage using company MATT , FDU For HSPL. Pre-board and On-board tour with static, dynamic, upload document page as last page in tour. Mail is generated in pickup folder (Not mailed to given mail address) as tour is completed.

Rajendra Joshi - Where is this pick-up folder? Why can we not send the email to the designated email address?

Hi Diana,
Email is not send to designated email address because SMTP server is not configured on Stage. Reason it is not configured is if configured, all the export feeds will get mailed to carrier. SMTP server can not be configured for specific company.
We can provide you the pickup folder path from which you can get mails on stage.
