El Camino Hospital - No Cost Showing for Critical Illness - DUE 1/22/16 PLEASE

      Description

      Hello All:

      There seems to be an issue with the Critical Illness benefit not populating the employee cost. Please analyze and correct the issue.

      Note that for the individuals that have DP’s, when removing the DP, the cost populates.

          Following reply was given to the client.

          Hi Catherine,

          We analyzed the below issue and observed that the sub rates mapped to the Critical Illness are not eligible to the below mentioned employees for the following reasons:

          • The additional criteria of the sub rates do not satisfy the employee.
          • There is not health tier mapped to the sub rate.

          Please find the attachet detailed analysis for the below issue.(El Camino Critical Illness Analysis.xls).

          Also find the attached example(El Camino Rate Metrics Example) for the employee Steven Finet.
          Here the mapping for 'Employee+Domestic Partner' tier is not done for the Sub Rate 25-29 in Health Tier Metrics.

          Please let us know if any additional information is needed.
