Requisite -
1] Two 1094/1095C reports are created and there runs are finalized
2] UI Submission is created for above IRS Reports
3] One Submission is rejected and other is Accepted

Steps
1] Log in to workterra
2] Select company "City of Redding Prod 02082016"
3] go and correct the IRS report
4] go to IRS Submission
5] Edit the "Replacement Two Submission" record (make sure previous record from gird
6] download the top most record xml and observe the request file

Actual result - Request file does not show "original unique submission ID"
expected result - It should have "original unique submission ID"
