Hello - After the client reviewed the revised files they found more errors that need to be corrected. I've attached the revised list to update their forms. Please run program as soon as possible to allow us to process their 1094c file.
After completion of this task please review the same.

Chris Finocchio, We have made code changes for the mentioned employees.
We have kept Line 16 code as that of previous run where Line16 code is blank in excel sheet.
Please download latest run, 
In excel, it is mentioned that Employee "TAYLOR OCONNOR" should have "1E" on Line14 in June, but it is not mentioned what code line 16 should have. As mentioned earlier, we have kept Line 16 code as that of previous run where Line16 code is blank in excel sheet.
Taylor has "2D" in June in previous run which is reflected in this run as well. But, when line 16 has "2D" code then line 14 should have "1H". That's why code "1E" will not be displayed on line 14 for June month in Taylor's 1095C report.
Please let us know, if you want us to keep line 16 codes blank as mentioned in excel sheet.

Taylor - For June change to 1H for line 14 and 2D for line 16.
Also - Brockwalder, Drewery, Fix-Davis, Ford, Olson, Pierucci, Salmeron, Steely, Walsh should be 1E/2G for the entire year not just the month of January.
And Tyrrell should be 1A/2C Jan-Nov and 1E/2G for Dec
