Plan design waiting period is considered for Limited non assessment period.
1. If more than 1 plan is eligible for Employee and waiting period is set on those plans then minimum effective date of those plans will be considered.
2. Priority to plan design waiting period.
3. If no waiting period is set on plans,then by default new hire-re hire rules will be considered.
4. If New hire -re hire rules are not present then,by default it is considered has that employee has no waiting period and so,he will be effective from date of hire.
Employees with EIN change are not considered for these changes.
