      Hi David Rhodes, Jennifer Leugers,

      We have analyzed error code "AIRMF3005" and IRS gives this error code when package is not moved to production.
      Refer image "CRGAndExternalBusinessRule.png" for more details on error code "AIRMF3005".

      City of Redding is not using our TCC (Workterra TCC for production is BB2D8) code.
      City of Reddings TCC is "BB23Y" and they have to check production status with IRS.
