          Note: If 1H is displayed on line 14 and safe harbor code(2G/F/H) is present in line 16,then line 16 will be blank for that month because Safe harbor codes would not apply because all the affordability safe harbor require the offer provide minimum value with respect to the self only coverage offered to the employee.
          1H on line 14 depicts that EE has no offer of coverage.So line 16 cannot contain safe harbor codes
