Note : The requested corrections of Part 3 for EE Sullenger, Gary L mentions that EE is covered for Nov only and spouse is covered for Dec only. However,if EE is not covered for that month,his dependent will not be marked for that month.
Please review this EE's part 3 and let us know if any correction is need.Currently for this EE,only EE is shown as covered for Nov month.

Password remains the same. 4th spreadsheet - is a retiree who needs to be added into WT.

1095C PDF of employee has data as shown on excel. please refer latest run for these changes (Run Date - 6/22/2016 2:19:41 AM)

NOTE - Marjorie Miller employee from "Copy of Missing 1095 Retiree Demographics.xls" excel already added in workterra. Also this employee PDF is available in latest run (Run Date - 6/22/2016 2:19:41 AM)
