Please refer attached Time Sheet May 2016_Groendyke.xls excel for employee monthly average hours report for May 2016.

If you need more fields on this report then please follow below steps to download the report.

1 Log in to workterra
2 Select company
3 go to BenAdmin -> ACA -> Click on Look Back Report Tile
4 Click on Add New button
5 Provide details like name of report, date range, select classes and Display And Group By Fields
6 Click on Privew

NOTE - on Grondyke production company time sheet is not imported for any of the employees, so monthly average hours report will be showing time sheet as per Employee Type.

If employee type is not selected or employee type is full time, then employee hours are shown full time.

The client did send the hours worked back on 4/22. I am not sure if Diana provided this to you for upload or to someone else however these should have been uploaded so the average hours report could be generated. If they send this monthly can we create the reporting?

Attached sheet has Two tab - Do we need to import both records into the system?

We have imported time sheet for given employee in attached sheet- "Sherri DIV3 FINAL Hrs Worked (2)-2.xls".

Application through error for attached employee. -"Bad_Records.zip". Password in separate mail

We have attached - ACA average report for May month - "May - ACA average hourMay - ACA average hour21161_3369.xls".

You can Import the Time sheet and create report using below steps.

A.Import Time sheet -
1.Login to Application
2.Select company name
3.Navigate to Import/Export > Manual Import/Export.
4.Select Template - ACA Timesheet ACA
5.Browse text file and click on import button.

B.ACA Average report
1 Log in to workterra
2 Select company
3 go to BenAdmin -> ACA -> Click on Look Back Report Tile
4 Click on Add New button
5 Provide details like name of report, date range, select classes and Display And Group By Fields
6 Click on Preview
