Concern : Page not found error on onboard pages.
Cause : Global.asax.cs file was there instead of Global.asax file in onboard project.
Correction : Global.asax file is copied in project on all servers.

Verified on Production using companies EBS Exchange, ASML for HSPL, FDU for HSPL and MATT for HSPL. Server errors are still present in above and many other functionalities. These are blocking issues are listed as below:

1. Server error on 'Add New Tour', 'Edit Tour'. PFA Screen shot 1.png

3. Server Error on 'Supervisor Approval Changes'. PFA Screen shot 3.png
4. Server Error on I-9 Approval Status. PFA Screen shot 4.png

My testing is blocked due to these issues. Please resolve these as early as possible.

Not able to test due to blocking issue WT-3520

Verified above issues on Production using company EBS exchange. Status as below :

1. While creating new tour, message 'Form with same name already exists, please enter a different Form Name' is always displayed though form with similar name does not exists. PFA QA_11.png, QA_12.png, QA_13.png
2. OnBoard reports are not displayed on View Report PFA QA_2.png
5. In Form builder, on Supervisor Approval checkbox, in-complete Supervisor level setting popup opens. Due to this, user is not able to customize. This is blocking issue. PFA QA_5.png

Verified on Production using company City of lake worth for hspl. For Server error in Preview Tour tab, JIRA WT-4630 is open. Other issues are resolved.
