          We have verified the corrected 1095C PDF's against excel, 1095C PDF shows codes as per excel. Refer attached KPAG-VerifiedEmployee.txt list of employees verified.

          refer latest run of 1095C on KPAG Page Brothers (Run Date - 6/21/2016 10:09:26 PM).
