USE 1094C for two EINs

      Description

      Hi all -

      The 1094C for US Engineering Company and for US Engineering Company Legacy Brach are having an issue with lines 18 and 20 not reporting correctly.

      Shouldn't they be the same #?

      Please advise.

          Hi Jennifer Leugers,

          US Engineering Company and US Engineering Company Legacy Brach both uses same EIN, Due to this Line 20 shows combined count for "US Engineering Company" and "US Engineering Company Legacy Brach"

          US Engineering Company total employee count - 999
          US Engineering Company Legacy Brach total employee count- 170

          So total 1169 is displayed on Line 20 and this is correct.
