Hi all -
Davis Moore Automotive has multiple EINs and the one for Lincoln looks incorrect (I haven't reviewed the others).
For the month of January, there are 27 full-time employees. Of those 27, four are a 1H. Of those four, two are 2A and two are 2D. I believe we are supposed to not count either of these so not sure why it is showing a No on their forms?
I've attached what they feel their 1094C forms should be.
Please review and provide a response as to why January is checked as No. Please also review the others to ensure they are correct.

Hi all - I thought Nandu was going to get back to us on this right after our call. We didn't hear anything and the client is pretty upset they haven't gotten feedback. Need this reviewed ASAP.

Class2 - 0100-Automotive Non-Tobacco User He didn't get moved to that class until 2016. He was in Fiat in 2015 which is Investments.

We have removed the employee Aaron Mursch from "1095-C Davis-Moore Automotive Inc" report and added to "1095-C Davis-Moore Investments Inc" report. We have re run both the reports. Please download and verify latest run dated "06/28/2016"
A mentioned in earlier comment that client wants Part 3 checked as yes,we have marked Part 3 for all 12 months. and changed line16 code to 2C for all 12 months. As the employee is not enrolled in any ACA plan,he was getting 2H.But since we have to show part 3 marked,we changed it to 2C.

Please verify with latest run of all 1094C reports.
For DMA Investments 1094C,for the last 3 months,Total employee count is 0. As there are no Employees,so no offers are present in these months.So MEC is kept as blank for last 3 months.
