Hi Kari,
If measurement and Stability periods are configured and additional eligible criteria is set on plan as given below.
Measurement Period: 01/01/2015 to 12/31/2015
Stability Period: 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016
"Employee Stable Working Hours" greater than or equal to 32
Suppose if employee's plan got termed in stability period i.e in the year 2016, then on current stability there will be no impact.
This will impact next stability as employees are getting stability [Benefits] depending on performance of measurement period. if employee worked more than 30 Hrs per week in measurement period then he qualifies completely in stability period.
[In short Current Stability period is the measurement period for next cycle so it will not hamper current stability period]
It is better to add additional eligibility criteria on plan.
Steps to add eligibility criteria are as follows
1.Login to Site
2.Edit company.
3.Navigate to BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> Add / Change Benefit Plans >> Eligibility
4.In Demographics Eligibility, add additional eligibility criteria as "Employee Stable Working Hours" greater than or equal to 32.
5.Click on SAVE.
Please let us know, if you need any additional information.
Thanks,
Smita
