Thanks for assisting on this. I have answered your questions below.

1. Do we need to set demo company for all module like Benadmin, Onboard, Wellness and Recruit? Yes. Please set this site up with BenAdmin, Recruit, Onboard and Wellness. This will be the generic site for the new sales rep so he should have all modules to demo.
2. Can we clone it from "El camino hospital demo" or do we need to clone it from our regular company "DC" which is used for HCM by Dave? Please clone it to mirror "El Camino hospital demo". If possible, add the brochures next to the broker logos on the benefits pages. That is a feature which clients and brokers really enjoy. They are able to see the brochure right in the plan without clicking anywhere else.
3. By when when you are expecting this demo set up to avoid any delay? No huge rush on this. He is just getting started with WORKTERRA but he will be having demos shortly.

On a different note, is it possible to add the brochures next to the carrier logos in my "El Camino hospital demo" site? I would really like that added because prospects feel it's a valuable piece.

Below points verified, changes done and observations noted during testing of 'Ryan demo' company.

Verification :-

1. Verified Theme, background, logo and company name in Candidate, Admin, Employee log-in, Tours and Benadmin Self serve.
2. Verified Tiles, Widgets, counter configuration through admin, employee log-in and managing employee from admin login.
3. Benadmin Reports with Admin login, Employee login and while Managing Employee through Admin log-in.
4. ACA Reports.
5. Verified Employee Benadmin self serve mode. Links Verified.
6. OnBoard Reports and Graphs in Admin and Employee login. OnBoard Tour in Employee login.
7. Recruit work flow using Career Integration URL 'http://workterra.com/careers-ryan-demo.html'

Changes Done :-

1. Titles, Widgets, counter configuration done for admin, employee login and managing employee from admin log-in for all four modules.
2. For all screens including Landing pages, company Logo is changed from 'El Camino Hospital' to 'DC'.
3. Background image and theme kept as DC.
4. Correct EOI form uploaded and Mapped
5. Reset report criteria for faster download

Observation :

1. HR Approval required for Adding Spouse
2. Company logo of DC but name of El Camino Hospital used on all pages.

Issues Found: (JIRA WT-3487 created)

1. Server Error observed in Qualifying Event Report.
2. Company logo and Signature not included on Offer Letter in Recruit workflow steps.
3. Server Error observed in Auto Enrollment Benefits.
