Missing 1095c forms for Ken Page - South Atlanta investments

Hello - I just added the spreadsheet for Ken-Page - South Atlanta Investments misc 1095c changes. Some of the changes involve splitting out ee 1095c between 2 entities creating 2 forms per employee. For example Jan-June EE worked at Newnan Nissan and July-Dec South Atlanta Investments. Please let me know if you have any questions. Password remains the same.

I have done analysis of above employees. 1095C forms for many employees is not generated due to invalid combination of Class1 and EIN values. We have to correct EIN or class1 values for these employees to generate 1095C forms. I have attached file KPAG_Employee_1095C_Details.xls to the JIRA WT-3291 contains list of all the employee whose 1095C is not generated.

Cynthia Vega falls in 2 reports. The codes mentioned are for both the reports.Please refer previous excel which contains the original codes of this employee.

We already check this Cynthia Vega and observed it's code is correct.
