Below Issues observed in OnBoard Module with company DC.
1. In Form Builder, while creating form, if checkbox 'Supervisor Approval' selected, popup openes with disturbed content. Here, user can not select users for levels. This is blocking for Document Routing functionality. PFA

2. In Form Builder, while creating form, Server error displayed on 'Save and Continue' button. PFA screenshot-2.png
3. In Form Builder, while creating form, In Page Field Configuration tab >> Field Level Eligibility popup, if View

5. In Form Builder, on Design Form Layout, in Componenet settings of Image element, though special character are not

6. In Tour status graph widget, output is not displayed as per selection.
7. On I-9 Approval Status screen, On Submit to Everify button, insted of appropriate messaage the popup close
suddenly.
8. on Change E-Verify Password screen, no message dipslayed on changing and saving password.

Hi Rajendra Joshi,
Please find the status for the above issues.
1. Title is now properly displayed. So this Problem is solved on local and LB chekin is done.
2. Server error is displayed.
3. Problem is solved and already deployed on LB
4. Preview is visible after creating new form. PFA Previewform.jpeg
But when you see that form again then that preview is not generated.

7. This issue will get solved in WT-2636 build.

9. It is showing Action Item properly.
10. Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification screen is working properly.

5]. We are not able to reproduce this issue at our environment. It can be companies DB problem.
So, please ignore this point
Verified on LB on company DC. #7 & #8 will be resolved in WT-2636. #5 is not reproduced on LB now. Remaining issues are resolved .

I'll try to complete remaining 8th by tomorrow.
Added Exception handling and Version 29 to change the E-Verify password. For current user we are not getting response from E-Verify service as we made lot of requests.
It'll deploy tomorrow on LB.

Please verify Onboard issues #8 and #9 except E-verify (Submit and Change password) .
Please ignore Everify Chnage password #7 as it is going through long process Ticket : WT-2636.
All other points are deployed on Stage and Prod. Please close this ticket.

Verified on Stage using company Austin For HSPL. Server error observed on Change E-Verify Password screen. PFA screen shot.
As per discussion with Niteen Surwase, this issue can be fixed with WT-2636 only. So marking this QA onhold.

Concern: Fields not saving/ I9 form not works
Cause: Not implemented in old I9 form//service
Correction: I9 form and E-verify service upgraded
Can you please help us for separate out I9 and E-verify issues from above mentioned list of issues.
