There is only one file containing reference to TokenDateTimeStamp column 002_BaseTablesForEntireDB. In that file, there is check for table is exists or not which is wrong. Ideally there should be check on column exists or not. Because of this, it was missing from that table.
And there is no history of that file in SVN, so couldn't able to track whose change that was.
Concern- TokenDateTimeStamp Column was missing in Users table
Cause- Not Known
Correction - Added column In Users table.
