Incorrect Employer Cost display in BSG file

      Description

      Company Name - ACA Automation

      SSN- 200000000
      Sub Template- ELIG

      Step:-
      1.Login to application
      2.Navigate to Import Export > Manual Import Export >Select Export radio button > Sachin - BSG Export
      3.From date -01/01/2016-01/31/2016
      4.Click on Export button
      5.Download file

      Actual - ER cost for BSG plan one is 395 in file

      Expected - ER cost for BSG plan one should be 1,150.00 in file

            Production - For ACA BSGTest ACAAutomation HSPL

            We have verified this issue on Production and observed that issue does not exist.Hence closing the same.

            Stage Company - ACA Automation

            We have verified this issue on Stage and observed that it does not exist.Hence marking ready for Production.

            This will move to Production with WT-2601 Mockup Approved Enhancement. So putting it on hold.

            Concern: Incorrect Employer Cost display in BSG file
            Cause: Sub-rate Contribution type is set to Percentages.So all the cost was getting calculated as per percentage of monthly tax. This feature was not implemented for ACA. So cost was showing as simple addition of percentage value.
            Correction: We have implemented this feature.
