Step:-
1.Login to application
2.Add EE with class = BSG A,BSG D
3.Raise QE - Admin change - 01/01/2016 - Event date and Plan effective should be same
4.Enrolled into BSG plan one
5.Now change classes - BSG B,BSG E - class change date - 03/01/2016
6.Now export Jan 16 full file (from Date - 01/01/2016 To Date- 01/31/2016)

Actual - Incorrect Transaction date display - 03/31/2016 in file after class change

Expected - It should display - 08/08/2016 correct transaction date and time
