Offer element is not getting updated in case of New Hire employee

      Description

      Env: LB
      Company: ACA Automation
      SSN:100000039
      ElEM:offer

      Step:-
      1.Login to application
      2.Navigate to Import Export > Manual Import Export >Select Export radio button>BSG-S
      3.From date -08/01/2016-08/15/2016
      4.Click on Export button
      5.Download file

      New hire employee is added in company.

      Actual:-No offer element is displaying on the file
      Expected:- Offers should display on the file.

      Note: Please delete run-rate maintenance as its a full file. Let us know if you need any additional information.

            This was not communicated earlier that we need to save Data Transformation., We added this jira as a bug but after saving data transformation currently this issue is not coming.
