The following changes need to be made to the ACA file for Wacker.

1. Please remove Executive Retirees from the benefit file. Executive retirees were placed into the UHC PPO Enhanced - Executive Retiree or UHC PPO Standard - Executive Retiree plans.
2. Everyone who waived coverage should be added to the file, not just a sampling of one.
3. The Wellness Indicator isn’t mapped and should be…The wellness indicator in our file from BES flag anyone enrolled in the wellness credit for 2016 = “Yes” otherwise it is blank.
4. Plan names need to be either PPO Enhanced or PPO Standard.
5. Plan tiers are
a. Employee
b. Employee & Child
c. Employee & Child(ren)
d. Employee & Spouse
e. Family

Lori did mention fixing the tobacco user too but we currently aren’t sending any data over for that.

The following changes need to be made to the ACA file for Wacker.

For Item 4. Can we data transform this so that the Description that exports is either PPO Enhanced or PPO Standard

Example: UHC PPO Enhanced -> Export as PPO Enhanced, UHC PPO Enhanced - North Shores Union -> Export as PPO Enhanced.

This needs to be done for all of the plans selected and needs to be either PPO Enhanced or PPO Standard based on the current name of the plan.

I figured I’d bring you in on the conversation too.
 
We received feedback from Health Efx regarding the ACA files for Wacker and for the most part they look good. 
 
There are some waiver discrepancies that need to be confirmed. I would think most of these should be on the file. Two are terms we don’t need to be worried about since they are no longer benefit eligible.

I’ve asked Monica/Beck to review but the more I think of it I think I need you to investigate why they aren’t being pulled into the report.

I’ve run a comparison from the file we received from WT against what we sent to Health Efx in October.
 
I believe these are the missing waivers from WT. They were in our file but not in WT’s.
 
2 of them are terms that I’m not worried about.  They were on our file because they were still considered benefit eligible in October (for a short time) and won’t be on the November file anyway.

The latest test files look good.  There are differences between the production and test Benefit file (noted below).  I am not sure if these notes would require additional changes for WT.  I will look to you to confirm these differences.
 
·         Benefits – Good
o   There is a difference in the number of waivers (66 in test vs 113 in prod).  Please confirm difference is acceptable.
o   Effective dates are different (All effective dates in test are later than the prod file).  Not a big issue but want to point it out.
·         Dependents – Good
o   There are some dependents missing SSN.
·         Cobra – Good
·         Retiree - Good

Concern : Waive employees are not reflected on the Nov File.
Cause : Waived employees plan design is setting from non elegible plans.
Correction : Currently manual modified the code to export the file. And already there is JIRA to fix this issue JIRA ID-WT-7071.
