1.Add EE+CH with below details
Classes Eligibility
Class 1 – BSG C
Class 2 – BSG F
Employee EIN = 222222222
2.QE - In Jan 16 -Event date and (Effective Date Rule - Event Date) are same. Enrolled into BSG plan Three Plus
3.Export Jan full file
4.Update child information in Jan and export change file for Feb month
Expected - This record should not populate on file as there was no change in employee eligibility
Actual - It is populating on change file

We have regressed this point on stage after latest customization suggest by development team and observed that it's does not display dependent changes in demographics only.

Can you please explain to which template this * Enrollment Change in Election Track* Field should map?

Add one field "Change in Election Indicator" in child and spouse template, Map* Enrollment Change in Election Track* Field with this added field. So that if you make any changes child or spouse name or any other field except enrollment will not get populate in exported change file.

We have regressed this issue on LB and observed that issue still exist.Hence reopening the same.
This issue has been fixed and uploaded on LB server.
