ACA - Is corrected Record column shows Yes even if Apply user correction is marked No

      Description

      Prerequisite -
      1] Employee is created and 1095C details of employee are corrected
      2] This employee falls under 1095C report
      3] 1095C report is created by selecting apply user corection = NO

      Steps
      1] Log in to workterra
      2] Select company
      3] Go to BenAdmin → ACA → IRS Report
      4] Edit existing 1095C report
      5] select Apply User Corrections = No and click on Save and Run wait till it shows download confirmation pop up
      6] Click on Show Runs button
      7] Click on Download Analysis Report button and observe the Is corrected Record column value for employee corrected in prerequisite

      actual value - It shows value as Yes in Is Corrected Record column
      expected value - It should show No in is corrected record column

      Company - Worktesttwo Test
      Employee SSN - 000113000
      1095C Report Name - Class X

            Concern: ACA - Is corrected Record column shows Yes even if Apply user correction is marked No
            Cause: Is Corrected record was not considering Apply user correction flag for per run.So it would show YES if correction data is present of that employee.
            Correction: Apply user correction flag is considered for Is Corrected record of per run.

            Verified on LB, working fine.

            It shows Yes in "is corrected Record" when "Apply user correction" is marked YES and user record is corrected, and vice versa.
            This will be moved to stage with enhancement WT-2608, Hence putting it on HOLD.
