      Description

      Prerequisite -
      Template for Health Efx is created.

      steps
      1] Log in to LB
      2] Select company ACA Automation
      3] go to Import/ Export -> Manual Import/Export
      4] Export already existing Health Efx template.

      Actual result - Offer of coverage date format is displayed as MMDDYYYY
      Expected result - should have YYYYMMDD date format
