Regarding "Scan all of the companies":- We are inprocess scan all companies and after scan, we will correct data on all companies.

The client is aware and wants to know the root case of the issue. Why do WT termed EES have active benefits? How can we prevent this from happening again? Please refer below 3'C of this issue:-

Concern:- Terminated Employees with Current Elections
Cause:- Schedule import was failed on Austin. Please note that, If Schedule import fail for terminated user then it will not terminated enrollment of that EE.
Correction:- For now we have corrected data for affected user using Import utility. Import team is working on Schedule import issue. Please refer WT-4723 jira ticket for more update.

Re open issue as client wants more info. What caused the employee's to error and not term properly? Was it an issue on client's file? Or was it an issue on our end?

Shubhankar Joshi and Steve Allison please see my note above, Austin Industries (Chris H) wants more details and are very concerned that we have termed employees that still had benefits.

Steve, I need more details on this issue, Austin Industries (Chris H) was more details and clarification on the 3 C's. It doesn't make sense to the client.

1) Above note states it was corrected, but did they go across on a COBRA file yet and if not when?
2) Need more clear 3 Cs with details on root cause
3) I could use a report of those employees that were impacted.

I need this before end of day tomorrow please if that is possible.

We have JIRA WT-4723 to address import back end routine execution.
Meanwhile I have started scanning all companies for such records. I will complete this tomorrow and update you.

Thank you Jaideep Vinchurkar, I appreciate it. Austin is usually a reference for us and client said it "didn't make sense" that the employees were termed but that we didn't term benefits. So any help would be great even if we figure out a work-around to manually fix these folks while we look for a more permanent fix.

We have fixed it manually as of now. On Austin there are not terminated employees with active elections. We have scanned all companies for such records and terminated enrollments. Now Wheaten Franciscan is in progress. We will update you once we are done with it.

Jaideep Vinchurkar, Ok, for JE DUNN employee William Van Valkenburg’s - although the employee’s status was switched from Active to Terminated on 9/10, the enrollments were not terminated until yesterday. Was he part of this issue or is it a separate issue?

URGENT: Jaideep Vinchurkar I don't see the COBRA file that all the Austin Industries impacted employees were sent on the COBRA file. URGENT. John Lemmon : Rehired again on 09/20 so not cobra eligible now
Beau Keifer : Not Enrolled into plans which are selected on template
GEORGE ADAMS II : Not Enrolled into plans which are selected on template
Ray Montalvo : Not Enrolled into plans which are selected on template

Hi Rohan J Khandave Please see the attached list from the client dated 9.9.16 that stated these are the employees that were TERMED but with ACTIVE benefits.
I don't see them on the COBRA file so please check to see if these EEs were ever on the COBRA file. Note some on this list may have been rehired but not all. Termed EEs with Active Benefits_Check COBRA files_9.9.2016.xlsx
