            Hi Alankar Chavan,
Please test the functionality it is deployed on Stage.
While checking import rates please note that if rate contains an '&' it will not be imported as this is technical difficulty and "&" is used internally during import processing while xml to excel formation.
Please revert back if you need any help.

            Thanks,
            Harshawardhan.

This issue is fixed now . Not getting server error while Rates Import.

Observation - If Rate name or Sub rate name or anywhere in Rate '&' sign is added then rate throws serer error while import.

Now We are adding validation on Rate itself where we can not insert '&' character on Rate or Sub rate .

            Hi peggy fiedler,
We looked into the file that you were trying to import.
We have list of findings below for the file:
            1. Currently system is of 32 bit and .xlsx import is worked only in 62 bit environment. Once the production environment will become 64 bit you will able to import .xlsx rate file. For now you need to import rates through .xls file only.(This change will overcomes server error.)

            2. We found that file contains new rate ids which are not present in system.
You can only update rate thorough this functionality you will not able to add new rate through this.
one more option for this you can clone current rates and export those rates and then update them by import.
please find attached screen shot, you can not change yellow colored highlighted fields as they are used while updating those rates.

If you need any help please revert back. Or we will schedule a call for the same.

            Thanks,
            Harshawardhan.
