      Description

      Below issues observed in Preview Tour tab of tour builder :
      1. Some forms like W4, I9, health profile etc are displayed blank. PFA 1-1.png, 2-1.png
      2. Continue button is not visible. Reset is partially visible on some pages. PFA 2-1.png
